Refund policy

Because our magnets are custom-made with your photo, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at madeforkeepsmagnets@gmail.com with a photo of the damage.

Refunds 
As each magnet is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect photo uploads. Please review your photo carefully before submitting your order.

No refunds will be made once the product is  made and received. Please contact us at madeforkeepsmagnets@gmail.com.

Cancellations 
Orders can be cancelled 1 hour once it was ordered. Please contact us at madeforkeepsmagnets@gmail.com for cancelations with copy of your order receipt. 

You can always contact us for any return question at madeforkeepsmagnets@gmail.com. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products can not be returned (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
